Digital Inclusion Survey
In 2021-2022, ARPA grant funds received by MELSA were partially used to conduct a digital inclusion community survey in the Twin Cities metro area. Information learned from the survey results will inform member library systems’ efforts to target technology/digital resources to best meet community needs.
