Passport Contest

Each time you visit a new location be sure to have your book stamped. Once you’ve visited 12 locations, send in your stamped page for a chance to win a year-long membership to your favorite participating museum. Here’s what you do:

  1. Check out a pass from the library, then visit the museum and have them stamp your "passport" page.
  2. Visit at least 12 different museums (duplicate stamps from same locations do not count).
  3. Download, Print and Sign this page (PDF), then attach it to your stamped brochure page and mail to:

  4. Monthly drawings begin Fall 2008. Winners will be posted on the website.

Passport Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Duplicate stamps are not acceptable.
  2. You must have stamps from 12 different organizations to be included in the drawing.
  3. Winners of the online Survey Contest are ineligible to win the passport contest.
  4. Once you are entered in either contest, your entry stays in the drawing for the duration of the program (through September 3, 2009).
  5. Employees and family members of MELSA, participating library systems, participating museum locations or Macy's are not eligible to win this or the online contest.
