Two ways to Win!
A free one-year membership to one of the participating Museum Adventure Pass destinations
There are two ways to enter into drawings for FREE memberships, courtesy of Macy's.
1. Survey
After you visit a participating organization, answer some survey questions to enter for a chance
to win. Monthly drawings award a family membership to a highlighted Museum Adventure Pass
participating organization.

2. Passport
Visit 15 participating destinations and ask to have the inside back cover of your
Museum Adventure Pass brochure stamped at each destination. Once you have 15 stamps,
visit the Passport Contest page for details on
where to mail your stamped page to enter a drawing for a museum membership of your choice.

Contest - Terms and Conditions
Contest prize memberships are compliments of Macy’s. Monthly drawings will begin in January 2008.
Winners' names will be posted on the Museum Adventure Pass website and will be notified by phone/email.
Please do not e-mail or phone your library or MELSA to find out the status of an entry; simply check the website monthly as winners are posted.
Passport Contest
- Duplicate stamps are not acceptable.
- You must have stamps from 15 different organizations to be included in the drawing.
- Winners of the online Survey Contest are ineligible to win the passport contest.
- Once you are entered in either contest, your entry stays in the drawing for the duration of the program (through September 7, 2008).
- Employees and family members of MELSA, participating library systems, participating museum locations or Macy's are not eligible to win this or the online contest.
Survey Contest
- Winners of the Passport Contest are ineligible to win the online Survey Contest.
- Once you are entered in either contest, your entry stays in the drawing for the duration of the program (through September 7, 2008).
