Since 1969 MELSA has provided a survey tool to collect data on a number of reference services within the region. The Crossover Survey is designed to annually sample four one-week periods of reference transactions in order to eliminate the need to keep daily statistics for this library service. The collected responses are used for a variety of reports and for analysis from year-to-year.
