If you visited Historic Fort Snelling, we'd love to hear about your experience.

Tell Us About Your Adventure!

Aug 27 '08 We loved Ft. Snelling. The buildings are all open and ready to explore. The people there, all dressed to fit the times, are fun, helpful and ready to play. We loved the rifle display, and we enjoyed trying to wash clothes the "old-fashioned" way. I definitely recommend this pass to all!
Jul 26 '08 The Fort Snelling visit took us in the History. Starting from the gate with nicely dressed army men, walking through the battery, school, hospital, workshop, staff rooms, etc., Another interesting thing to watch is a good demonstration of the infantry and cannon drill ending with a decent parade. Also the Missisipi river and park provides space to spend nice time...
Jul 18 '08 we had a great time and would not have been able to go to this today without this because we have 5 kids and that is alot of money! THANKS!
Jun 12 '08 I went with my sister and her grandchildren. The kids held the guns, we watched fabric being woven, learned about the history and the workings of a fort. The highlight was watching the cannon not go off. It did the second time!
Aug 16 '06 We had a wonderful time! I remember going to Fort Snelling as a child and I specifically remember rock candy. My husband and I brought our 4 children there and we had so much fun. My boys were thrilled with the cannon shoot and my girls loved to learn about the history.
Thank you!
