Contest - Terms and Conditions

Contest prize memberships are compliments of Macy’s. Monthly drawings will begin in Fall 2009.

Winners' names will be posted on the Museum Adventure Pass website and will be notified by phone/email. Please do not email or phone your library or MELSA to find out the status of an entry; simply check the website monthly as winners are posted.

Survey Contest

  1. One free membership per household.
  2. Once you are entered in a contest, your entry stays in the drawing for the duration of the program (through September 1, 2010).
  3. Employees and family members of MELSA, participating library systems, participating museum locations or Macy's are not eligible to win this or the passport contest.
